Wysokosprawny chromatograf cieczowy HPLC LaChrom Elite (firmy Merck) Wposażony jest w detektory: detektor diodowy (DAD) L-2455 (zakres długości fali: 190 - 900 nm); detektor flourescencyjny L-2485 (zakres długości fali: Ex: 200 - 850 nm); detektor refraktometryczny L-2490 (zakres współczynnika refrakcji RI: 1.00 - 1.75) wraz z pakietem oprogramowania. Umożliwia identyfikację substancji na niskim poziomie stężeń.
