Superconducting high-resolution nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer – 600 MHz Print

Superconducting high-resolution NMR spectrometer – Bruker type Avance II 600 MHz Ultra Shield Plus. The spectrometer is used for structure studies that require high field frequency and sensitivity (analysis of polymer chain microstructure, new drug generation, biopolymer structure, body fluids measurements etc.)

    Equipment:
    1. MAGNES/LOCK SYSTEM – latest generation self-shielding superconducting magnes 14,095T
    2. Device allowing work at low temperatures (-150°C) with use of liquid nitrogen
    3. Broadband probe 5mm – the range from Ag-105 to P-31
    4. Quadrapule switchable probe 5mm with automatic switch between nuclei: 1H, 13C, 15N and31P.
    5. Triple cryogenic probe 5mm with automatic switch between nuclei: 1H, 13C, and 15N.
    6. Cryoplatform – device and cooling down systems for operations with cryogenic probes.
